What is the difference between an internal and external user?

Internal users are those that are working within your company. They are able to see all of the projects, categories, and are also able to visualize and generate reports of their own data. 


External users are those that come into your company as freelancers for certain projects but are not a part of your organization. Their view only includes the dashboard where they can see their personal weekly views.
