What is the difference between an owner and administrator?

The owner of the account has all of the abilities as the administrator but also holds further rights on the organization such as the ability to change the organization name, time zone, account removal, and payment.

Administrators are able to add and edit projects, categories, and also obtain reports on the organization. 

Users who do not have administrator access can see information about projects, categories, and obtain reports on their own entries.
